I truly believe that having the right people on board makes a huge difference when it comes to the success of a company (these days more than ever). Great leaders shape corporations and their culture. Finding and growing such leaders is my passion. People and companies are very different. It is about this famous “fit”, which is key.

When I studied law, I did not think at all about landing in HR. It was not a planned career transition! But I have never regretted it.

As a manager and client, I have worked a lot with HR consultancy firms. I have seen huge differences in quality, and I know what good looks like. There are many consultants but only a few good ones…

I am married with two (almost grown-up) children. Together we have been travelling quite a lot (which I love). Moreover, I enjoy hiking and reading, and I am interested in politics, modern art and contemporary history.
