Peter, who is Austrian, has been an HR leader and HR Executive for more than 20 years. Being a lawyer by training, after his studies he worked in a law firm, specialised in labour law.
In 1999 Peter joined the pharmaceutical industry, first in the area of labour law, then he transitioned to Compensation & Benefits, followed by his involvement in big M&A deals from an HR perspective. Peter has also assumed roles as Regional HR Director Central and Eastern Europe, Global Head of Talent Management and HR Head of a large, global business unit.
Since 2014 Peter has been HR Head Europe for another international pharmaceutical company. Subsequently his geographic responsibility has been expanded to Canada, the US and China.
Peter has been a member of executive management teams in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
He has a broad range of international management experience with a focus on executive staffing, talent development and performance and change management.
Peter is fluent in German and English, he also speaks French and Italian.
