Our Team

Sam Kazi, the Managing Director, acquired AIMS International Australia & New Zealand at the start of 2022 and comes with over 14 years’ experience in Recruitment, Management, and Sales. Sam is also the Founder and Director of CollarUp Recruitment agency in Melbourne, Australia, which specializes in both blue & white collar positions.


Asha Singh, our Managing Partner, also comes on board with extensive knowledge and experience in areas of Banking & Finance, Telecommunications and Retail. Asha’s vast experience in Banking & Finance of over 11 years has contributed to her immense skill sets that ranges from delivering high levels of customer service, to working with clients from diverse demographics, to fostering a deep understanding of client’s values, and how to deliver on client needs.

Sam and Asha together have brought on a dedicated team who will go above and beyond for their clients. The AIMS Australia team of highly skilled Executive Search Consultants consists of Alexandra, Alexis, Leon, Mark and Raj, as well as Gizelle and Michelle who are the Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant, respectively.
