Stefan is a highly seasoned executive in the people and culture domain, boasting an impressive track record of over 25 years in the life sciences and technology sectors. Before joining AIMS International, he held key leadership roles in global corporations spanning agriculture, food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and semiconductors. Having lived and worked in both The Netherlands and the USA, Stefan brings a rich international perspective to his work.
In his previous position, Stefan served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Vice President for a global semiconductor company. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in driving cultural transformations, managing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and spearheading leadership development initiatives. These diverse experiences uniquely position Stefan to contribute to AIMS International, where his primary focus will be on talent management projects.
Stefan’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the HAN University of Applied Sciences and a master’s degree in Management & Organization from Tilburg University.
