Bas Witmer has a rich background in Human Resources Management with experience in various industries and roles. He holds a Master of Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Human Resources Management. He is proficient in Dutch, English, and German languages. Bas has also undergone additional training in areas like leadership excellence, managerial coaching, and stress management.

In 2022 he started as interim strategic human resources management consultant after having worked in various HR Management positions for international companies like Oerlikon, Meyer Burger, Rubix and XPO/GXO.  

His primary focus lies in developing and executing Learning & Development projects for multinational clients across Europe. Working alongside a team of experienced trainers and coaches, Bas custom-builds comprehensive learning journeys. These journeys encompass competency frameworks, assessments, modular trainings, and coaching, with the added flexibility of structuring them within Learning Management Systems.

At AIMS, he will mainly focus on Talent Management and Interim-Management.

Bas is married to Alexandra and has a daughter and a son.
