Jeroen has worked in HR with an international scope for over a decade. Starting in recruitment for the EMEA region, he quickly moved to plant HR management. After that he worked as an international HRBP and later as an international Talent & L&D manager.
Jeroen has extensive experience in leading large international HR projects like: competency framework, job profiling & titling, career lines, L&D curriculum, reorganization, employee engagement, and HR process improvement. Jeroen has broad cross-cultural collaboration experience and has trained and coached many professionals in personal leadership over the past 6 to 7 years. His experience is in the advisory, Automotive, (petro-) chemical, food, and medical devices industries.
