After studying Industrial Engineering and Management Don has had a variety of management and board positions at family and listed companies.
In 2003 he started his own company and over the years Don has specialized in coaching, training and mentoring professionals, teams and organizations. Among other things, he makes use of online and offline assessment and learning tools.
Don worked at different international companies as CEO, CCO and Interim-manager.
He is an experienced (interim-)manager and consultant in personal and team development. He also has experience in using blended learning and development tools for training and coaching sessions.
Furthermore, Don is chairman of the Supervisory Board at a healthcare organisation and a municipal councillor. On behalf of the council, he chairs the confidence committee, chairs the employers’ committee and is a member of the audit committee.
At AIMS, he will mainly focus on Talent Management and interim-management.
Don is married to Claudia and has 3 daughters.
