Lin has been a top HR executive and leader in world class companies such as IBM, Maersk, Deloitte alongside large and relevant organizations in the Central American & Caribbean territories on the life sciences and fast-moving consumer goods.
He holds a degree in Finance, a master’s in psychology and a Senior Management Program, he’s fluent in Spanish and English.
Since early on his career Lin has work and travel intensively in the Central America territories, north America, Europe and some lesser extent in the East and Caribbean countries, helping him to become a very agile, inclusive, and forward thinker on the strategy to design, recruit and develop high-performance executives and teams.
