After graduating in International Business at Catholic University of Milan, Michela started her carrer in a Human Resources consulting company, focusing on Research & selection and Business Development activities in Banking and Insurance fields.
After a year and a half, in July 2023 she joined AIMS as Consultant in Executive Search, searching profiles with different professional expertise and seniority.
On top of her native Italian, she speaks English, Spanish and a bit of Chinese
After an initial work experience in the human resources field, I realised that I love working in this area.
I am constantly looking for new challenges that allow me to increase my knowledge and skills.
I consider myself an energetic and optimistic person, I love animals, horse riding and long excursions in the middle of nature!
