Virginia Mallia

Virginia studied Organizational Psychology at Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University of Milan and during her studies she realized how much she would have liked to deepen the topic of human resources within companies. Her professional career began in 2016 at Randstad, the first year within the HR department and the next four years as RPO, managing projects related to research and selection for client companies, specialising in the pharmaceutical industry. In the following years, she had the opportunity to work in the Talent Acquisition team of a tech start-up, with the aim of growing and structuring the internal staff. She joined AIMS International in December 2022 as HR Consultant focusing on Head Hunting and Executive Search.
