With a background in industrial engineering and an MBA, he has over 20 years of experience leading marketing and business development platforms in top Dow Jones companies such as P&G, The Coca-Cola Company, Johnson & Johnson, and Stiefel Laboratories (now GSK). He has also worked as a business development consultant with privately owned companies in the USA and Latin America.
Raul’s expertise in Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development has allowed him to manage businesses in diverse geographies, including South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and the US. He has held various leadership positions, including Marketing Director, Business Development Director, and General Manager. As a recognized leader, Raul is known for his ability to draft effective strategies and tactics while developing people to high standards. He has extensive industry experience in Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Nutritionals, and Consumer Packaged Goods.
Currently based in Miami, Florida, Raul has also lived in Peru, Mexico, and the US, giving him a global perspective and an understanding of different cultures.
