He is also a founder, Chairman and board member of TOTUM with subsidiaries in Spain, England, Brazil and Chile and an Industrial engineer specialized in leadership and management.
Miguel has a solid background in strategy and innovation, conducting projects based on international multicultural business vision in companies such as Shell, Mercedes-Benz /Ford etc.
He holds an MBA -FGV (Brazil), EMBA – IE (Spain), IBGC Brazil, IESE (Spain) and Stanford (USA). Expert in company internationalization, leadership development, performance and business strategy.
Miguel furthermore has experience structuring and developing over 40 Boards of Directors (BD) and Management Teams (MT), more than 20 years of collaborating with CEOs, board members, senior managers and business owners.
An active member of Vistage Brazil for over 11 years, with solid knowledge of working board dynamics and currently leading senior management groups in Spain and Portugal.
