Argyro Loizidou

A versatile HR professional, Argyro counts more than 18 years of consulting and industry experience.

Early in her career and for eleven years she had been part of the PwC People & Organization team specializing in the provision of executive search and selection services, assessment and development centers, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational restructuring and culture development interventions. Clients included local and international corporations including financial institutions, shipping groups, professional services organizations and the public sector.

Before joining AIMS International Cyprus as an Associate Partner, Argyro had been, for 5 years, the HR Director of an International FinTech Group with more than 850 employees and offices in Cyprus, Greece, London, NYC and Australia.

Argyro (FCIPD), holds an MSc in Personnel and Industrial Relations from UMIST, is an accredited professional assessor qualified by BPS to run psychometric and personality assessments, qualified DISC profile practitioner, HRDA Accredited trainer and an Accredited Coach through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
