AIMS International relaunches its Austrian operations in collaboration with AIMS Switzerland

AIMS International is pleased to announce the relaunch of its Austrian operations. Dr. Peter Gasteiger, who recently joined AIMS Switzerland as a Partner and is based in Innsbruck, will lead the newly established AIMS Austria in close cooperation with the Swiss office. This partnership ensures the immediate availability of a wide range of services.

A native of Austria, Peter can look back on an impressive career in high-level international HR roles within the pharmaceutical industry, including over a decade at a multinational company with both regional and global HR responsibilities. Peter’s extensive knowledge of both strategic and operational HR, coupled with his Austrian heritage and global experience, positions him as the ideal partner for our clients in Austria.

Working in tandem with Peter Gasteiger is Grégoire Depeursinge, the Global Head of AIMS International’s Industrial Practice and Managing Partner of AIMS Switzerland. Grégoire holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne and brings a wealth of international experience in HR consulting, with a particular focus on the industrial and automotive sectors.

Completing the Austrian-Swiss team are Catherine Librandi and Anne Wiernsperger. Catherine’s area of expertise lies in talent management. A psychologist by training, she is also an ICF professional coach and has successfully run many assessment and leadership development projects. Catherine heads AIMS International’s Talent Management Practice in EMEA. Anne is a graduated translator. She is a multilingual, experienced search associate.

With its rich history and robust economy, Austria is a vital market for AIMS International.
