Takehiko Ono, Managing partner of AIMS Thailand has over 8 years of experience in Executive Search as well as 12 years’ experience in the HR/Recruiting industry, which includes 10 years of sales and marketing experience in investment banking and 5 years’ experience as a strategy consultant in Japan.
Before joining AIMS International, he had extensive Executive Search experience across several industry sectors, including Automotive, IT and Telecommunications. As Managing Director of a recruiting company, he staffed foreign engineers for manufacturing companies in Japan from Thailand, Vietnam and China as well as searched for executives in these countries. Moreover, Mr. Ono is experienced in strategically planning for new opportunities in ASEAN countries, which will now be further explored with the various cross boarder business initiatives AIMS International offers.
