AIMS International APAC Regional Meeting held in Shanghai, China – 23rd to 25th February

The meeting was hosted by Mrs. Cindy Han, Managing Partner China and chaired by Mr. Adarsh Matta, Executive VP APAC and Managing Partner of AIMS International India. Regional AIMS International representatives attended the venue along with Global Board Members including Mr. Pierangelo Favero, the  President of AIMS International.

Initial discussion focused on the development of AIMS International’s new global strategy with a clear focus on a consultative approach with offerings of Executive Search and Talent Management and reinforcement of the global brand in order to enable AIMS to retain a key global player position in the market.

Global Practice Groups along with the development of Talent Management Initiatives and further expansion into new countries will be the key driver for Business Development initiatives and their implementation in the APAC region.

 As a part of the meeting, a panel discussion with the CEO’s and Director HR of leading International companies was organized under the umbrella of AMCHAM covering Human Capital Innovation: Integration and Value Added.

 AIMS International China, in charge of Event organization was delighted to involve their most distinguished clients and seasoned HR experts who shared their learning and experiences with AIMS Partners & delegates. The event was well received with immense positive learnings for everyone present.

 The panel members made very interesting contributions about HR innovations, moderated by Mr. Kevin Wallis, Managing Partner of AIMS Australia, who shared his personal and professional experiences.

Mr. Matta emphasized the need for sustained interactions between Regional Partner Members for enhanced Cross Border business and sharing of information & co-operation on regular basis.

It was an interesting regional meeting including Client discussions as well as laying clear focus on Executive Search & Talent Management for AIMS International Strategy Vision 2020.
