It has been very developing for me to work in various industries and companies for many years and it has given me a good platform for my current work as a consultant.

I am driven by change, improvement and refinement. By developing people and helping them reach their full potentials to become good leaders and create well-functioning teams together with others. My background in large and small organizations and my experience from several leading positions have given me valuable knowledge that I am happy to share with others. My strength lies in the ability to achieve sharp goals by focusing on soft values. I am unpretentious, responsive and social, but also analytical, results-oriented, energetic and structured. I always see opportunities instead of obstacles – and above all – I believe in people.

My leadership and my personality are characterized by the fact that I keep my feet on the ground and that I am humble. Always with a focus on achieving both qualitative and financial results. I have the ability to understand and handle different kinds of people and situations, which creates trust and respect in my relationships with people and companies.

It is important for me to have balance in life. When not working I spend time with family and friends or in nature ad I like to travel. Ever since I was young, music has been an important part of my life and I both listen to and make music myself as soon as possible.
