Delia has been part of AIMS International México since 2015. Delia’s background is in the Consumer and Franchise Industries. Delia has a master’s degree in Organizational Development and is certified as an Executive Coach. She has also developed and conducted Commercial training courses. Delia is a member of Consumer Global Practice and oversees the Talent Acquisition team in Mexico.

Delia enjoys practicing yoga and hiking outdoors. She likes reading Latin American authors such as Gabriel García Marquez and Isabel Allende. Delia is a big fan of French movies. She always strives to learn new things, new cultures, to travel and discover new types of food.
