For over 15 years Anand has been working in the field of Learning & Development. He’s has developed more than 20 symposia for Informa Ltd, created learning programs with over 5.000 international users and co-founded a LCMS start-up (sold in 2016). After that he worked with the #1 eLearning company in the Benelux, that won numerous international Learning Technology Awards in categories like ‘best use of mobile learning’ and ‘best use blended learning’. Recently he consulted multinationals like DHL Parcel, Vion Food, Gates Automotive and EY on topics like talent management, learning strategy, building a corporate academy, learning culture, social learning, onboarding and leadership.
