Stefan comes originally from the IT & Telecom industry and has held various management positions such as Manager Product Management, Key Account Manager and Director Sales. I addition to his technical training, he studied Business Administration and Marketing.
Before joining AIMS Germany he was the owner of a small Executive Search firm focusing in engineering functions. In the last 15 years he fills a large number of vacancies in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering, wood-based materials, automotive and life sciences.
Stefan’s mother tongue is German, he is also fluent in English.
