In London, she studied psychology and finished with the Master NLP Practitioner degree.
Carolin has a proven HR track record of 25 years of professional HR experience.
After university, she worked successfully in the function of a HR Manager in industries branches such as an American Software Company, a German family-owned network integrator and a private equity-owned mortgage broker. Thanks to her 15 years of industrial experience and knowledge of different industries, she was very successful in recruiting several hundred employees.
Before joining AIMS in 2021, Carolin worked 10 years for a medium-sized HR consultancy specialized in Executive Search and Outplacement. She has a proven expertise in Financial and Professional Services find qualified specialists and managers. Carolin´s strength lies in her deep understanding of the client´s business und her positive approach to create a lasting relationship with her clients.
She speaks German and English. She understands French and Spanish.
