Janina has more than 10 years of experience as a coach, mentor, trainer and consultant for individuals, teams and organisations, as well as over 15 years of leadership experience in industries such as chemicals, logistics, wholesale and online retail, energy, consulting and politics. She has been managing companies for 10 years and is involved in various supervisory boards and therefore has extensive expertise in accompanying and developing people with and in their organisations.
She analyses and sets up personal and complex company-wide learning and development programs and implements them in a targeted and enjoyable way. She advises managers personally and strategically and her training in psychology, audit, HR, business management and coaching enables her to recognise the holistic nature of the company and the individual and to accompany their development in a targeted manner.
At AIMS Germany, she is repsonsible to provide expertise for all aspects of talent management, organisational development and change to clients, partners and colleagues.
