On behalf of WirtschaftsWoche, over 2000 HR decision-makers were asked about their satisfaction with the recruitment consultancies they had engaged. AIMS International-Germany was ranked among the best of over 800 consulting firms evaluated.
WirtschaftsWoche ranks Germany’s best HR consultants
In cooperation with the IUBH International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef, WirtschaftsWoche asked which recruitment consultants are most popular with German companies. AIMS was honored in several categories.
Industry expertise and international networking
“Our industry expertise, international network and high process orientation are highly appreciated by our clients, and the resulting award motivates us even more,” says Rolf Heeb, Managing Partner AIMS International-Germany. “Our selection process uses diagnostic tools to make well-founded assessments. However, it is particularly important to understand our clients’ corporate culture in order to identify the right personalities.” Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers in Germany, AIMS can score points with its global presence and identify qualified candidates across national borders. Solid survey results
On behalf of WirtschaftsWoche, Prof. Dr. Christel Gade from the IU International University of Applied Sciences compiles the annual ranking based on a comprehensive questionnaire. Around 2,100 personnel decision-makers indicated in 4,500 individual assessments how satisfied they were with the performance of the HR consultancies they appointed. Around 100 reference interviews were then conducted. Over 840 consultancies were named and evaluated. The comprehensive survey results were published online by WirtschaftsWoche on December 8, 2023.
