Her expertise in facilitating communication and problem-solving within family businesses will significantly contribute to AIMS International’s diverse service portfolio.

Annika’s academic and professional background is distinguished by a doctoral degree in business administration with a specialization in family businesses. Her career encompasses a range of pivotal roles, from an educator at Jönköping International Business School to a leader in a prominent Swedish accounting firm, culminating in the successful establishment of her consultancy firm, Annika Hall AB.

An acclaimed author and speaker, Annika’s involvement with the Family Firm Institute (USA) and her certification as a SAVI instructor underscore her commitment to advancing business communication and problem-solving skills.
