Previous AIMS International President honored by the German Senat of Economy

At a recent celebration held in the second parliament in Bonn, Germany, Rolf Heeb was honored as a member of the Senat Der Wirtschaft. The Senate of Economy consists of individuals from the fields of economics, science and society who are entirely aware of their responsibility towards state and society.  They are ambassadors of the Senate and through their membership, they contribute to implementing the aims of the Senate with respect to political, economic, cultural and media-related decision-makers.

Rolf (Diplom Betriebswirt) is a Certified Executive Recruitment Consultant (CERC) and a Management Consultant with extensive experience in Strategy Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Entrepreneur Succession Planning and Executive Search. Before founding IFM (Institut für Managementberatung; consulting in Strategy Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions and Entrepreneur succession) and AIMS International Germany (Executive Search and Talent Management) he has held senior key positions within BDO and Arthur Andersen in Germany and USA and was Managing Director at Baumgartner + Partner, a leading German Management Consulting and Executive Search Firm.

Besides his role as Partner and Managing Director of IFM and AIMS International-Germany, Rolf was an energetic member of AIMS International’s Executive Board for about 10 years, of which he served 6 as President of this leading Executive Search and Talent Management organization. Rolf was instrumental in growing the AIMS International organization in Asia and Africa and expanding in Europe. AIMS currently operates in over 50 countries worldwide.  Under his leadership, the Partnership culminated under one international brand.

For more than 10 years, Rolf has been a member of supervisory boards, both for public listed companies and privately held firms.
