AIMS International expanding in Middle East, Africa with value strategy

We find and build your leaders

With a legacy of success of over 20 years in Talent Acquisition and being rated repeatedly as one of the top ten Executive Search organizations worldwide, there have always been fundamental differences between AIMS International and other international Executives Search organizations. Most notably, offices are owned by the shareholders in each country and therefore the entrepreneurial approach and local knowledge and application is unarguably unique in each country served. At the same time, there is a high degree of integration with common processes and standards applied worldwide and truly seamless global cooperation.

“Our USP has further been enhanced by our culture changing from what some might call an European old boys club twenty years ago to a highly diverse, truly global and commercially astute organization over the last ten years. I am very proud of our vision and strategy, supported and confirmed with overwhelming majority during our recent Annual General Meeting in Vilnius this June”, says Grégoire Depeursinge, the new Executive Vice President EMEA at AIMS International and Managing Partner AIMS Switzerland. “We are very excited about the evolution of our organization and the hard work put in by our Board members and Partners alike. We have an unwavering commitment to our clients, the volatile markets they work in and supporting their success.”

“This commitment has led to AIMS International focusing increasingly on emerging markets and utilizing the vast knowledge and agility of our Partners to customize our services and fees in order to be successful in these markets. We have also added Board Services and Talent Management to our portfolio of practice groups, which allow us to extend the value we offer our clients and develop our leadership services even more. Finally, the election of a new Board Member who will focus on the MEA sub-region is another sign of our commitment to a greater presence in emerging markets”, says Depeursinge.

Newly elected Vice President South EMEA, Leonie Pentz is no newcomer to the organization. Leonie has been South African Managing Partner since January 2011 and involved with AIMS since 2005. Leonie will focus on growing the business in Africa and Middle East with immediate focus on Nigeria and West Africa as well as enhancing our presence in the Middle East with the addition of countries like Iran. Leonie is passionate about Africa and its people and committed to ‘value’ in service, which she believes is perfectly reflected in the AIMS strategy where “we do not only find your talent but support and develop them to become robust business leaders in a fast changing world”. The spirit of collaboration within the AIMS organization is truly remarkable and I am honored to be a part of such a dynamic group of business leaders who have also become good friends.

Umuntu Ngumuntu Ngabantu – A person is a person because of other people.”
