Francesca completed her Bachelor Degree in International Relations and Political Science and continued her studies with a Major in Sociology. Given her interest in Human Resources, at the beginning of 2022, she joined AIMS International Italia as Consultant.

Outside my passion for HR and Recruiting, I love travelling. Since I was young, my parents showed me how beautiful it was to come in contact with different countries and cultures. For this reason, in 2015, I decided to spend my fourth year of High School in Raleigh, North Carolina.
I believe this experience made me the person I am today, open-minded, curious and always up for a challenge.
