Jen spent 22 years working within the automotive industry, focusing on manufacturing, sales and marketing, luxury and financial services in high growth, high profitability and innovation leading companies, including stints as both Global Head of Talent and Training and Global Head of HR for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. A truly passionate people person, Jen brings the human as well as commercial focus to the roles she takes on. An experienced and inspirational leader, through her expertise across the entire people remit, she brings energy, creativity and resilience to the table.
