Jørn Duhn

Jørn Duhn was born and raised in Denmark. After completing high school Jørn joined the Danish Army and eventually earned the rank of Major. During his time in the army, Jørn was amongst other stationed in the UN and NATO missions in former Yugoslavia in 1991 and 1994.

In 1997, he left the army and joined one of Denmark’s most reputable recruitments companies and began his journey within recruitment. Since then, that journey has taken him to some of the largest Danish and international companies, where he has been in leadership positions. In 2015, he joined Unique Human Capital and in 2020, he became CEO of the company which comprises 3 offices and 30 employees.

Jørn and his partner Vivan, live on a farm south of Copenhagen. Vivan is both a veterinarian and a professional horse back rider within the Eventing discipline, so when Jørn is not a business partner to Unique Human Capital’s/AIMS International’s clients and working with our candidates, he fills his days driving on the roads of Europe, as he assists Vivan during Eventing competitions.

Jørn has a son, who is 20 years old and together they like to participate as spectators in different sporting events. A few years ago, they went to see Le Mans which was an amazing experience. When on holiday, Jørn relaxes in a summerhouse on the small island of Rømø, where his family is from.
