Chris has over 20 years experience in executive search, working with international, government-linked, private and public companies to fill leadership roles at C, C-1, C-2 levels in corporate, business, engineering, R&D and manufacturing, across multiple industries – technology, industrial, energy, consumer, financial services, infrastructure, logistics and agribusiness.
Previously, MD and Partner for Malaysia with a reputable global search firm for sixteen years, he undertook local and cross-border assignments, in support of clients as they grew across Asia. He left the industry for a period of time and had returned recently.
A Civil Engineer from the US, Chris worked in the water industry in design, tender, project management and sales. He has an MBA and a postgraduate qualification in information and decision science from Australia.
Chris is fluent in English and speaks Bahasa Malaysia and several Chinese dialects.
