Mr. Guillermo van Oordt F. is an independent consultant, senior private banker and wealth manger, emphasising in Public Relations, Corporate affairs and Corporate Relations. Guillermo has over 28 years of experience in the financial sector having worked in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Business Development, Investments as well as the Insurance Business both for Peruvian financial institutions as well as international financial corporations.
Before joining AIMS International as a Partner Guillermo was Partner at a leading international executive search firm. He was Executive Director of Corporate Governance and Sustainability for EY Peru. Before joining EY he was CEO and partner of Macro Wealth Management, Multi Family Office of Macroconsult Group. Prior to that Guillermo was Director of Wealth Management for BTG Pactual Perú responsible of the team in charge of investment portfolios of private clients. He was Corporate Manager at Pacifico Seguros, Insurance and Reinsurance Company of the largest financial group in Perú, Credicorp. Before Pacifico he was the Sales and Investment Manager at Citigold Wealth Management, at Citibank del Perú. Prior to Citigroup he was Portfolio Investment Manager at Interbank Overseas Ltd, of Internbank, Private Bank of the third largest financial group in Perú.
During some time of his professional experience Guillermo has also managed several family businesses in the sectors of Agro-Industry and Agro Exports, Business Consulting, Construction, Entertainment and Tourism Industry.
Guillermo received a BS Degree in Management and Travel and Tourism, from Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI (USA), and an MBA from ESAN University (Peru) with emphasis in International Management. He has received an Executive Education Diploma in Property Insurance from Universidad del Pacifico and has successfully completed the programs for Independent Directors and Managing Directors from EY´s Institute of Directors and Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.
