Ghita Boutaleb is passionate about education and lifelong learning. With diverse experiences and a strong desire to make a positive impact, she truly believes that education is the key to unlocking human potential and fostering personal and societal growth.
Ghita began her journey through teaching internships, both in France and abroad, where she cultivated her pedagogical skills and recognized the importance of education in personal and professional growth.
Ghita pursued her academic interests at Paris Descartes University, where she earned a master’s degree in education sciences, specializing in continuous training. Her studies equipped her with skills in pedagogical engineering, training program design, and evaluation. This experience has provided her with the expertise needed to shape talent management strategies and programs that will be mutually beneficial for both the organization and its employees.
Placing great importance on continuous training, Ghita has also pursued additional courses focused on personal and professional development, in areas such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and communication.
