AIMS International Italy turns 20 years old. Two decades that have seen us as frontrunners, together with our clients, of interesting projects and continuous growth and change.
We are proud to have built solid partnerships with important companies all over the Italian geography.
The first of October 2019 we celebrated our 20th birthday in the frame of Talent Garden, thought-provoking place of innovation and sharing. We had many speakers on stage, the first of which have been Eleonora Chiodelli and Pierangelo Favero, founders and Managing Partners of AIMS International Italia.
The subject matters we debated all evolved around the Digital Transformation topic, which has literally exploded in the last couple of years and that has inevitably captivated the interest of the HR world as well as that of our clients.
The interesting speech of Alessandro Braga, TAG Corporate Innovation Director, underlined how the digital revolution is changing the roles of HR professionals and hence also the human capital with which they constantly work.
Immediately after, Emilio Cozzi, journalist specialized in space and videogames, described to us the gamification process, and talked about a virtual world that is closer and closer to the real one.
A special contribution was also offered by Mattia Michelangeli and Carlo Spellucci, who transported the audience into AIMS International Italia’s Virtual Tour. Through the usage of apposite cardboards, the audience was immersed straight into our Milan offices, where they could walk around discovering every corner and engage with interactive content.
In such a digital atmosphere, we couldn’t avoid giving our personal touch and contribution. Cristina Favero has, in fact, presented and officially launched our new and innovative AIMS Italia app, a mobile tool that will allow us to be even closer to our candidates, putting at the centre their need for promptness, constant update and ease of contact.
At 20 years we are thinking of the future, a future to build together with all of you.
