To meet the demands of our clients on a global scale with cross-border-searches, a highly recognized Top Executive Search service of AIMS International, two consultants have been selected and added to the Automotive team.
Mr. Rafał Wierusz-Kowalski from the Warsaw Office, Poland, will support our clients for Eastern European searches.Rafal has more than 15 years of experience in the international Human Resources area, gained in leadership positions for different industries with various functional insights like Management Assessments and Compensation & Benefits.
He is very much familiar with the Automotive as well as the Professional Services industry. Rafal speaks and works in Polish, English and French.
Mr. Eugenio Aimar from Mexico, will support the team in covering our client`s needs in Central America and the US. Eugenio is a senior HR Professional with 25 years of experience in the search, selection and development of Executives in Automotive and IT/Network industries. He speaks Spanish and English fluently.
Both new team members have excellent insights in Automotive markets to point out and meet the current requirements in technology changes and transitions of ongoing developments in the industry sector.
