AIMS International world meeting held in Vilnius, Lithuania, June 2016
AIMS International Partners and leading Executive Search and Leadership Development Consultants from more than 45 countries met in Vilnius, the dynamic and fast-growing capital of Lithuania, to share latest market trends, insights and best practices, as well as to build up ties with local clients.
Hosted by Sarunas Dyburis, Managing Partner of AIMS Lithuania and his team, this yearly 3-day event culminated in a Corporate Governance Summit attended by more than a hundred senior executives from Lithuanian private and state-owned companies with guest speakers from prominent Lithuanian organizations. This event was also the occasion for our Lithuanian clients to personally meet and exchange with AIMS International Consultants from all over the world.
Another highlight was the inauguration of the brand new AIMS International Lithuania offices, a large and modern facility situated right next to the Presidential Palace.
During the meeting, the Partners also confirmed the global leadership and strategy of the organization which is moving towards being a global leadership consultancy comprising all aspects of finding, assessing and developing leadership competencies.
The venue in Vilnius was another proof that AIMS International is both one global organization with common values, processes and quality standards and firmly rooted at the heart of the markets in which it operates.
