Ieva, Karina and Vaida are Executive Search professionals with over 10 years of experience in Executive Search services each. All three are long-term team members and integral part of AIMS Lithuania. They also perform important additional roles in the main AIMS International organisation.
- Ieva Maniušienė has been a team member of AIMS Lithuania for over 6 years. Additionally, Ieva is a member of AIMS International Automotive Practice and Talent Management Practice.
- Karina Kašalynienė has also been part of the AIMS Lithuania team for over 6 years. Karina is a member of AIMS International Industrial Practice, Media & Technology Practice and Sustainability Practice.
- Vaida Ruškienė has been part of AIMS Lithuania for more than 9 years. During this time Vaida became a member of AIMS International Life Sciences Practice.
