Roberta graduated in 2005 from the University of Milan Bicocca in Educational Sciences with a specialization in Training Processes. Her professional career began in April 2006 within a consulting company linked to the world of Call and Contact Center where she dealt with training and selection.
After two years she decided to specialize in Personnel Research and Selection projects with a well-defined focus on Assessment and Development Center projects as a consultant. Since September 2008 she has been collaborating with Intermedia Selection on Research and Selection projects with a main focus on assessment processes for recent graduates.
Since 2010 she has been specializing in Assessments of Potential and Development Paths, dealing with Managerial Assessment projects, evolution of Leadership Models, Training and Development initiatives.
She joined AIMS International Italy in July 2021.
