Maria has 18 years of professional experience in the broader Corporate Finance sector, is specialised in Finance, Capital Markets and Debt management and was holding a managerial position in OTE Group Treasury for 11 years. During her career in the OTE Group Treasury, Maria has structured/completed €6.4bn bond issues, €3.8bn syndicated loans, and €0.9bn loans with supranational banks. She was responsible for the structuring of transactions and financing strategy, negotiation of loan agreements, and update of the Global Medium Term Note program.
She holds a BA in Economics and MSc in Business & Financial Economics from the University of Essex.
