Rikke Dolberg

Rikke Dolberg was born and raised in Denmark. During her studies, she spent time in US, Germany, and Spain. She hereafter began her professional career building up a business area in the US for a Danish privately owned company. After a few years, it also expanded to cover Europe.

After several years of international commercial business development for leading Danish companies, Rikke Dolberg was one of the founding partners of Unique Human Capital in 2003. In 2016 60% of the shares were sold to First Chair Group. Currently, Rikke Dolberg is the Chief Business Development Officer at Unique Human Capital, which comprises three offices and 30 employees.

Rikke lives close to one of the offices in Denmark with her husband, their two children, aged 12 and 14, and their dog. The family enjoys active holidays, including snorkeling, diving, hiking, and river rafting both in the cold Nordics and in warmer tropical surroundings.
