Kim Hye-Jong is the Managing Partner of AIMS International Korea and the president of the Korea Head Hunting Association.

He is the one of the interviewers for the Civil Service Examination of the Central Personnel Commission and also currently a vice president of the Korean Association for Employment and Career Studies.

Mr.Kim founded Promatch Korea in 1999 and signed up as a Korean partner of AIMS International in 2012. The Promatch Korea is currently the industry leader among 5,000 headhunting companies in Korea. The Promatch Korea has about 120 consultants and researchers working in seven branches nationwide, including its headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul. In addition to Mr. Kim’s current success he has been invited to do special lectures for universities and companies more than 200 times.

The final goal of his business is to spread the know-how he has gained from running a headhunting company to provide career consulting for people.
