After a Master Degree in Law, Elena started her career in an IT consulting company, focusing on human resources issues, on employer branding activities and career path processes.
After three years, in January 2022 she joined AIMS as Consultant in Executive Search, focusing on cross-industry selection projects and searching profiles with different professional expertise and seniority.
She speaks English, on top of her native Italian.
As an HR Consultant I get to interact with a variety of people in different industries and every interaction is a learning opportunity for me and I like it so much.
I am a proactive person and I am always up for new challenges. I like discovering new things every day and coming up with new approaches or ideas.
