AIMS International France, led by Denis Heftre, Catherine Brossard and Pierre-Etienne de Moustier, hosted Executive Search and Talent Management Consultants from 48 countries for AIMS International’s Annual General Meeting in Paris last week. Over 100 people from 48 countries participated, reflecting the increasing global presence of the organisation.

For 5 days, AIMS International family members debated and exchanged knowledge. Highlights were notably a very well attended training session for the new global standard assessment process developed internally by the Talent Management team with the objective to deliver evaluations matching our clients’ corporate values and requirements exactly, as well as local market presentations and best practices in Executive Search and Leadership Development presented by countries as diverse as Russia, Poland, Colombia, Germany, Tunisia and Thailand. This was also an opportunity for AIMS’ 9 global practice groups to meet in person and a great number of bilateral exchanges between partners and consultants from different countries took place.

Discussions continued long after the end of the working sessions during a congenial networking evening on the Seine and discovery trips hunting Paris’ hidden architectural treasures.

The fantastic attendance and spirit of the gathering reflect the increasing integration and accelerated cooperation and exchanges of knowledge, best practices and business between partners. This culture of transparent co-operation results in the ability to work seamlessly across borders and practices, delivering the best possible service to our clients.
