Vivianna joined AIMS Greece in 2022, as a Junior Executive Search Consultant.
She holds a BA in Social Sciences (major in International Relations) from SUNY Empire State College of New York, and a Diploma of Specialization in Human Resources Management and Organizational Analysis from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
She effectively supports Executive Search assignments across all business sectors.
She is fluent in English.
I was born and I live in Athens, near the sea. What I enjoy most is travelling all over Greece on a sailboat. Moreover, I love volunteering in animal welfare organizations.
What fascinates me most about HR is the diversity of its challenges. AIMS gives me the opportunity to combine my theoretical knowledge on market trend and insights with my technical skills in order to add value to my work.
