Veronica holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Bologna. In 2016 she relocated to Milan, where she achieved her Master in Work Counselling and Personnel Management at Cattolica University.
She has been working as Head Hunter for 10 years, starting her career in Key2People and EXS first, where she specialised in the recruitment of Executive profiles. She then joined Keystone Executive Search where she worked with important national and international companies. She became part of the AIMS Italy team in April 2020.
