Tuulia works as a Senior Research Consultant for AIMS International Finland focusing on executive search research. She has been working with international executive search research since 2016 and has various experience of demanding assignments placing executives, managers and senior specialists alike. She has expertise in different industries e.g. FMCG, Construction (consulting services), Energy, Professional Services and HR, Retail, Technical Sales, Building Services Engineering, Venture Capital, Mechanical Engineering, Software/IT, Manufacturing, Finance, Healthcare, and Real Estate Asset Management. Her expertise covers functions such as General Management, Sales, Marketing, Purchase and Supply, HR, Finance, IT and Engineering. During her career, Tuulia has held key senior specialist positions and consequently provided valuable insight for directors’ of marketing communications and executive search/HR customers.
Tuulia helds a M. Sc. (Econ.) degree (International Business) from Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration (currently Aalto University) and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Burgundy School of Business, France. She is fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English.
