Titti has been active in Executive Search since the early 1990s, mostly in an international context. She is a certified psychologist specialising in group and individual development. Titti has broad experience from different industries and the key themes of her assignments are growth and change leadership.

In client cooperation, Titti coordinates and manages assignments at both strategic and operational level and she ensures that the right consultant team is chosen to handle the assignments. This may be a single assignment, multi-search assignments in multiple-search markets, or long-term, global collaboration and preferred supplier agreements. Together with her partners and colleagues at AIMS International Sweden, Titti helps clients to find and develop their leaders. Besides Executive Search, the team offers Talent Management Consulting in the form of Leadership Assessments, Growth Programmes for individual leaders and management teams, and Talent Management Processes to deliver true business value. Fluent in Swedish, English and Finnish.

Inspire

I am Finland-Swedish – as I was born in Sweden, grew up in Finland and have now lived in Sweden for many years. My interest in differences between countries when it comes to cultures, leadership and communication started early. I trained as a psychologist and was still young when I started to work as a consultant. My work has never become routine and I think it is an inspiring challenge to be forward-looking and development-oriented in the business. A strength is that I am creative and solution-oriented. Strong in finding the right candidates. Reliable and persevering in implementation and delivery. I believe in teamwork.

For several years, I have lived with my husband on a small island in the Stockholm archipelago. From there, I commute to the office in the old town.

My key personal interests are oil painting, my home in the archipelago, development of others and myself, creativity, travelling, socialising and music.

For a successful and sustainable supply of leadership, an investment is required by both the customer and by us as consultants. We can then be really useful, walk the extra mile to succeed and find the best matches between clients, assignments and candidates.

  • Have devoted a lot of interest and time to how the Executive Search business and we as consultants should develop to meet client needs in the future.
  • Also have experience from board work and have been Chair of ESC, the Association for Executive Search Consultants in Sweden, and Chair of the Finnish Academy.
