Sabina has over 15 years experience in search and selection handling senior management projects for both medium-sized and large multinational firms both locally and internationally.
After her studies in marketing & communication in her home country of South Africa she ventured to London to work in recruitment and then travel the world for 5 months. She then returned home to join the family recruitment business where she spent 8 years growing to the position of Branch Manager of the Cape Town office with the dual role of training nationally. Sabina then decided to further her career in Italy and grabbed the opportunity of working in the fast-paced city of Milan where she gained local experience in the executive search & corporate training industries before joining Aims International, where she currently focuses on project management and business development.
Sabina’s professional goals are relationship building based on trust, ethics and a direct approach ensuring that every solution is tailor-made for each client.

Born and bred in South Africa in what became the land of freedom, I have a true love of my majestic land. Add to this to my fascination with the Italian nation of emotional yet studious and determined people, who know exactly what the secret to life really is, I came to explore my roots and ended up staying.
