Prior to joining AIMS International, Rachel worked for global executive search firms such as Amrop, InterSearch, Alexander Hughes and Stellar. Her expertise also includes consensus building, conflict management and handling searches of high complexity with unwavering commitment.
Rachel completed her Post Graduation in Business Management and Graduation in Political Science from Delhi University, India
She is married and has a daughter. She’s fluent in English and Hindi and has a basic knowledge of French.
