Mushira is an Executive Search Researcher with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She landed her first job as a Customer Support agent, in which she gained solid research and communications skills. After that, she joined the AIMS family as Administration Coordinator in 2018, and in the following year, she was promoted to be an Executive Search Researcher. She plays an important role in sourcing qualified candidates, and in building a strong rapport. She continuously in pursuit of new challenges within her day-to-day work in order to acquire in-depth experience. She works closely with Senior Managers and Consultants on numerous executive assignments. She speaks Arabic and English.


Working in the HR field was always embedded in the back of my mind. As far as I can remember, I enjoyed giving random people complaints. It made it easier for me later in life to approach people and start a conversation. In college, I was fascinated by the Personal Management course and only then I realized that I will defiantly work in HR. Moving forward, I enjoyed open discussions and how they can reveal diverse points of view and I came to understand that the base for such rich discussions was successful communications which benefits me greatly in my professional career.

Besides my work, I enjoy family gatherings, cooking cakes and pizza, and playing sports.
