She has been working with executive search since 1996 and has various experience of demanding assignments in top management. Her expertise comes from working with different industries e.g. Automation, Construction, Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Fast Moving Consumer Good, Marketing and Advertising.

Mona-Lisa is a Business Graduated from Commercial College in Helsinki. Mona-Lisa is fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English.

I have a systematical approach way of working, excellent analytical skills and the ability to think out of the box. I have a helicopter view with a still eye for the details. My passion in work is desk and market research with lots of healthy curiosity. In my free time I spend lots of time with my family and friends. I love music, and that’s why I sing in a chamber choir and enjoy our performances. In addition to music, I also do exercise, gardening and restoration of old goods.
