I was born and educated in Finland and I have lived close to 20 years in Sweden. Right in the middle of Nordic culture more or less my whole life. I am fascinated by the regions strength in technology innovations, leadership and cultural life, and proud of having many global companies located in the Nordics.

I truly believe in the potential of a human being and teamwork. Having talented people working together with common drivers and values creates a culture which helps companies outperform their competitors. Creating a culture with innovation mindset, accountability and fast execution skills is a critical success factor for many companies.

I enjoy working with our talented team within AIMS to support our clients in building their talent to meet the business challenges – both short and long term. To be able to deliver best talent solutions we focus to understand the business of our customers.

Aristotle wrote: “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” I believe this applies to individuals and organisations. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses enables you to find the right people, define efficient ways-of-working and implement a winning culture.
